Alexander Taylor (Sandy) is above all a friend of poets and of poetry. His interest in Danish literature came about when he traveled to Denmark on a Fulbright fellowship in 1965. Working with Danish poets, he has brought their work to the attention of the English-speaking world. Over the years, the nonprofit Curbstone Press, of which he is a Co-Director, has published writings from other countries as well. |
